– Review all necessary paperwork that’s required prior to the offer process

Follow through with conditions and deadlines
– Amend the agreement to remove conditions

– Prior to closing, your lawyer’s office will arrange an appointment with you to sign final documents relating to the purchase of your new home

– On your closing day, the title is transferred and keys are released to you
